About LogbookReady
Pilot-built software for getting paper logbooks interview-ready.
LogbookReady was built for pilots who have the flight time, but still need their paper logbook converted into a clean digital record package before an airline application or professional pilot interview.
Why it exists
The painful part is not having a logbook. It is getting the paper history into the format hiring workflows expect.
Founder Marc Hudson has spent eight years as an airline pilot and knows the pressure of turning flight history into a professional package for airline interviews. LogbookReady is built from that practical need, not from a generic document-scanning template.
The product digitizes page images, keeps the original page visible beside extracted records, and requires pilot approval before export. The result is a review-first workflow for pilots who need speed without giving up responsibility for their records.
Software handles the first pass
LogbookReady reads page images and turns flight entries into draft structured records, so pilots review a conversion instead of starting from a blank spreadsheet.
The pilot stays in control
Rows stay draft until reviewed and approved. Low-confidence fields are surfaced before records become exportable.
The goal is interview readiness
Exports are built around the practical package pilots need: spreadsheets, beta destination CSVs, discrepancy visibility, and printable interview packets.
Trust posture
Built for pilot review, not blind automation.
LogbookReady assists with conversion and reporting. It does not certify a logbook, replace pilot review, or guarantee third-party import behavior during beta.
Founded by Marc Hudson, an airline pilot with eight years of airline experience.
Built from repeated real-world logbook prep for airline interviews.
Operated as a Mav Ignite LLC product.
Currently in paid beta with pilot-reviewed export gates.
Try it on three real pages from your logbook.
Use your own handwriting, scan quality, and interview goal to judge whether the workflow belongs in your prep plan.
